Our Story
SolNova was founded by Emil Dinev after spending more than 20 years in the corporate IT world, gaining deep experience across multiple sectors and high-pressure environments. Much of that time was spent supporting mission-critical systems for major investment banks — places where reliability is absolute, faults are not tolerated, and every decision carries weight.
Those two decades shaped a mindset built on precision, accountability, and engineering discipline. Emil worked extensively across data centres, trading floors, and enterprise infrastructure, delivering IMACD operations where accuracy and timing were critical. He saw how complex systems thrive when they’re designed properly — and how quickly they fail when shortcuts are taken.
SolNova was created to bring that same level of rigour, clarity, and craftsmanship to modern workplace technology.
Today, SolNova is powered by a team of highly trained engineers with extensive experience in the commercial IT world. Each member brings specialist knowledge across AV, networking, security, electrical systems, IMACD operations, and data centre environments — allowing us to deliver integrated solutions with confidence and consistency.
